Dr. Tiana Montell
Dr. Tiana Montell is a graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her undergraduate studies at UC Davis where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. During that time, she was also a UC Davis Division I collegiate gymnast and co-captain of the team.
Dr. Montell grew up in Hawaii and moved to North Carolina a few years ago. Prior to moving, she was the Medical Director of a multiple doctor practice in Oregon, where she saw numerous patients a day and managed the veterinary team. After relocating, she again was promoted to Medical Director at a practice in Cary, where she established a good relationship with many of her clients and patients.
Dr. Montell knew she wanted to be a veterinarian from a very young age and has always felt that she chose the right career. When seeing patients, she aims to develop a strong doctor-client relationship and to practice fear-free medicine. She has a special interest in geriatric pet care, dermatology and surgery. She has three dogs of her own; a 9 yr old Goldendoodle (Gracie) and two young American Bullies (Storm and Venom).
In her free time, she loves to spend time at the beach with her fiancé and dogs. She also loves to fish, travel, and go out to eat.

Andrea Conniff
Born and raised in Vermont, Andrea Conniff has always had a deep love for animals. Her passion led her to earn an Associate of Science degree from Vermont State University in 2021 and pursue a career in veterinary care. Andrea finds joy in building lasting relationships with pets and their families, helping them live healthier, happier lives.
When she’s not at work, Andrea enjoys traveling, snowboarding, hiking, and fostering animals with Lending Paws A Hand. She loves spending time outdoors with her six-year-old beagle, Jett, who’s her constant companion and adventure buddy. One day, Andrea hopes to make her dream of traveling through Europe a reality.
Caroline Powers
Hey Everyone! My name is Caroline, and ever since I was young I knew I wanted to work with and help animals. I just recently graduated from CCCC’s Veterinary Medical Technology Program this past May.
I received my associates degree in applied science, and I am now currently working on getting my RVT license. In the near future I am even hoping to pursue a degree in veterinary medicine! In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my sweet kitty Daphne, going on hikes, and doing lots of shopping!
